Context - I'm new to Germany for work. Experience - I had a English-language video call with someone called Matthias Heil who was both very friendly, knowledgeable, and had great English. He was very honest and with seemingly no specific agenda (I assumed there would be a huge incentive to just push their private partners). The conversation was fun, casual, and informative. For any future insurance questions I will 100% be reaching back out to Matthias.
