Engel & Völkers - specifically Herr Till Krohn of the E&G Team - helped my wife and I find the perfect apartment in just a few months! We had been searching for apartments for over a year using premium apps and never had success in finding the right place at the right price. We were stuck between renting and buying, and in general very discouraged about the listings. But last December we made the decision to set up an appointment with Herr Krohn and he agreed to meet right before the Holidays. The E&V Team listened to our preferences, advised us on the best course of action, and told us they would start looking. By mid-January the next month, Herr Krohn sent us multiple realistic options. He took some feedback from us, then sent us the advertisement for the right apartment - the one we just signed a contract for! Herr Krohn and E&V made easy what is usually a very complicated process, from the first showing to the final contract. They respected my working schedule so that most business could be taken care of online. They respected both the buying and selling party.
