The staff, especially Mr. Zenzius and Mr. Müller, were professional, respectful, and incredibly patient with all of my questions. They always responded promptly via phone and email, and took the time to address even my smallest concerns during the in-person viewing. They also made sure that important steps were handled correctly, such as reminding me to share confidential documents only through the secure Immomio portal. Their support made the stressful process of finding a new home surprisingly pleasant. Highly appreciated!
