As a tenant, you're treated like a lowly supplicant. I can no longer recommend renting an apartment through this real estate agent. Addendum: I don't know what the comment refers to. My review pertains to a rental I took some time ago, not to the return of a property.
UK Immobilien was a swift and an incredibly welcoming company that was pleasure doing business with! As someone that recently moved to the city of Frankfurt, they were there to help me with everything I needed to get started and find my new home!
I found a really cozy apartment really quickly with Petra and we got all the needed paperwork done in a matter of days. Many thanks for the celerity and professionality.
Very helpful Team, nice quality furnished apartments in well maintained buildings with very reasonable rents.
Petra from UK immobilien was in incredible help during our move to Frankfurt from abroad. Just a few examples: She was super fast putting us in touch with the owners of our flat, translated for me when my German was insufficient, found a flexible solution for providing the key while I was out of the country, set up the electricity, and even helped me look for a school and childcare for my kids! I'm super thankful for Petra, as moving is stressful and she helped ease our landing in Frankfurt so so much.
