So we did not use Möbeltransport24 for our move in the end, but that was only due to the preferred dates not being available initially. However, there was quite a bit of communication in the lead-up and the service was so professional and responsive and willing to go the extra mile that I was keen to leave a positive review just for that. True customer service - I would have no doubt that the movers on the day would have been just as good.

I had a good experience with this company. They were always very responsive to my communications, and super helpful with any changes or requests I needed to make. They were also very willing to work with short term changes I had to make that were unplanned, so I am very thankful for that. Plus, the movers themselves were all very friendly and made the whole experience easy. I would definitely use this service again.
