October 2023; I wholeheartedly agree with the 5-star rating; based on my experience with the company, I'd gladly add a sixth star. The work, an energy-efficient roof renovation in compliance with the HBO (fire safety) regulations, was a logistical challenge, requiring access to the garden only through the house/living room. This was masterfully handled. This is what secured the contract. The work of the roofers (two employees) was also excellent. I'd be happy to share my positive experiences. Sensational! Anyone who has ever planned a dormer window should seriously consider having a Roto panoramic window installed by Heinrich Völker GmbH, planned by Mr. Schrock and installed by their incredibly skilled team! Admittedly: -I'm a lousy photographer: reality far surpasses the picture. -From my layman's perspective, the cost of building a dormer window and installing this dream window is similar. -The result is stunning: you're practically in heaven! :) Only the dream woman (or dream man, depending on the client) promised in the advertisement wasn't included! :)))) The other minor repairs were also carried out almost silently and professionally by Heinrich Völker GmbH. Thank you so much!!
