One star is already too much. The employee, Albert Schneider, came to the site, inspected it, confirmed the work, and told me to arrange scaffolding, after which he would come. I did as instructed, the scaffolding was erected, but Mr. Schneider kept me waiting for weeks until he eventually stopped responding to calls and messages altogether. Now I've ordered the scaffolding for nothing, and Mr. Schneider has simply ignored me. I don't think the company is generally unreliable; the reviews speak for themselves. However, my specific case needs to be considered, and I advise caution regarding the employee, Albert Schneider.
Quick appointments despite weather restrictions and small jobs, super friendly staff who offer helpful advice, reasonable prices, and top-quality workmanship. That's how it should be!
October 2023; I wholeheartedly agree with the 5-star rating; based on my experience with the company, I'd gladly add a sixth star. The work, an energy-efficient roof renovation in compliance with the HBO (fire safety) regulations, was a logistical challenge, requiring access to the garden only through the house/living room. This was masterfully handled. This is what secured the contract. The work of the roofers (two employees) was also excellent. I'd be happy to share my positive experiences. Many thanks again to Völker-Dach, and all the best for the future.
Sensational! Anyone who has ever planned a dormer window should seriously consider having a Roto panoramic window installed by Heinrich Völker GmbH, planned by Mr. Schrock and installed by their incredibly skilled team! Admittedly: -I'm a lousy photographer: reality far surpasses the picture. -From my layman's perspective, the cost of building a dormer window and installing this dream window is similar. -The result is stunning: you're practically in heaven! :) Only the dream woman (or dream man, depending on the client) promised in the advertisement wasn't included! :)))) The other minor repairs were also carried out almost silently and professionally by Heinrich Völker GmbH. Thank you so much!!
