I went there today to have two small keys copied. It cost €17 in total, and I was out in 5 minutes. Both keys work perfectly. The reason I came to this shop in the first place was because the hardware store didn't have one of the blanks at all, and the other one was out of stock. Now I know where to go first to get a key copied.

I went there with a broken lock and they repaired it super fast. They speak English and the prices are fair. I will go again if I need to.
Can't trust their opening times, they change them as they like (see picture). I came two days in a row during opening times for DPD pick up, and they are not there for the entire afternoon. I am so annoyed, now I can't repair my toilet for the entire week-end !! Shops who don't fulfill their DPD obligations should be radiated from DPD. Deliveries are time sensitive. Not only did DPD put my parcel here (even though it could have been put into the mail box) but then the shop is unavailable for 2 days in a row. This is unacceptable. Now I can only pick up my urgent delivery 5 days later due to the weekend????
They came and did a survey for me for an alarm for my garage the week of 22-26 June and then another colleague came the first week of July for the doors and bars for the garage window. Both said I would have the estimates the week of 13-17 July. I heard nothing, called, emailed, no answers. I am not going to chase someone to give them business. I am probably better off going to Hornbach or getting someone that is professional enough to do as they stated. Avoid them unless you want frustration. I am questioning the 4 and 5 star reviews on google....probably fluff accounts.
