Replacing the carriage of my tilt-and-turn door was quoted at over €4,000. They advertise that repairing a door is worthwhile?! I could have several new doors installed for that price. Completely unethical in my opinion. So, the cost of the on-site appointment to assess the situation is a waste of money.

A very strange company. They demanded an upfront payment of €141 before even providing a quote. Then the quote was four times (!!) as expensive as another window installer. Furthermore, FensterFix wanted the quoted price paid before the actual repair work even began. An extremely disreputable company that you should steer clear of.

My house window was badly demaged by the thieves. Mr. Appel and his colleage came and repaired it quickly with expert skill. Their attitude was friendly and gave me some anti-thefe advice. I hope they can continue to repaire my door and window completely.
