We renovated all our windows, two balcony doors and our front door of our apartment with Weru. They gave excellent advice for what type of windows (we went with 3 layer noise proof ones) and the installation of these was done within 7 weeks. The apartment door delivery did take longer and was more complicated but the company always had a good solution and we are very happy with the result.
They came to my house in April 2025 to repair a window. While trying to unscrew it, they broke the screw. It's now stuck and prevents me from closing my window properly. After several emails, it's now December, and they still haven't returned to do the repair. The only response I get is "soon." A rather unprofessional company.
We replaced the front door of an apartment building. Everything went perfectly, from the first visit (measuring) to the installation. The front door is beautiful! The advice and installation were both expert. The people we spoke to were friendly, and overall, communication was excellent with each of the three family members! We would definitely hire the company again if the need arises.
