We renovated all our windows, two balcony doors and our front door of our apartment with Weru. They gave excellent advice for what type of windows (we went with 3 layer noise proof ones) and the installation of these was done within 7 weeks. The apartment door delivery did take longer and was more complicated but the company always had a good solution and we are very happy with the result.
Excellent professional dismantling of the old front door and installation of the new one within 6 hours. I can recommend this company without hesitation.
They came to my house in April 2025 to repair a window. While trying to unscrew it, they broke the screw. It's now stuck and prevents me from closing my window properly. After several emails, it's now December, and they still haven't returned to do the repair. The only response I get is "soon." A rather unprofessional company.
Very responsive, provided good advice and the installation of our new windows was done very professionally and at a reasonable price.

Their expertise and approach to things amazes me every time. We replaced all the windows in our house and were in the best hands in Frankfurt from start to finish. Weru Fenster+ Türen GmbH accompanied, advised, and supported us throughout the project and were always there for us. From delivery to installation, including cleanliness, everything was impeccable. We would gladly use them again, although I've had enough of renovations for now. In this sense, many thanks to the entire Weru Fenster+ Türen GmbH team. Project Number 1: Due to the sensational service in today's service desert, I would like to leave a few words about this company online. We ordered a skylight and we have to say... fantastic service, quick processing, smooth installation, and even after we had questions, the staff were always competent and helpful.
