The extremely friendly repairman arrived on time. The trip and initial diagnosis cost €50.00 net. In my case, it turned out to be a defective valve on the faucet. Our washing machine was moving around during the spin cycle, and the drum was hitting the casing. I called City 2000, and a technician came the very next day. The shock absorber was broken. A replacement was obtained very quickly, and the installation was completed just as fast.
