Our oven was broken. After an email, we immediately had a phone call. The nice gentleman on the phone asked the right questions and pretty much knew what the problem was. The part was ordered. When he arrived, he realized something else was broken too. He fixed that as well, and now the oven works again! We are very satisfied! Best regards and thank you * * * * * *

Thank you so much! I can only agree with the previous speaker – great service! Our refrigerator was also acting up, and after a quick phone call and instructions on what to do and what might be wrong, it's now working perfectly again. We're no longer used to this kind of friendly help (without anything in return). Not only was our refrigerator "repaired," but our faith in other people's willingness to help was also "repaired." He took the time to explain step by step what I could do and gave me helpful tips. If none of that worked, I could simply call back—it was completely hassle-free. What impressed me most was that other companies would immediately send someone out and charge for something like this—when you can fix many things yourself with a little guidance. That's exactly what I was given here, and I think that demonstrates true customer service and a genuine human touch. Thank you so much for your support—you don't experience that kind of service very often these days!

I had a really good experience with Grahl. Scheduling the appointment was straightforward, the fault with the machine (or rather, in the feed system ;-)) was quickly found and repaired, and the cost for such a short-notice service call was reasonable. Thank you!
