The very friendly and competent technician arrived within the agreed time frame and was able to quickly locate and fix the "there, there, not there" problem with the dishwasher. Although we had considered a new machine, the specialist wasn't interested. The service fee of €99 is reasonable.

We were able to schedule an appointment within two days. The technician was also very friendly at the repair appointment. After a brief description of the problem, they quickly and efficiently tried out different solutions. The technician even had the necessary spare part (pump) with him. However, after considering the options, he honestly advised us against the repair due to the age of the appliance and the cost, suggesting we purchase a new one instead. Of course, we would have preferred a different outcome, but we still felt we received honest and sound advice.
