Anyone expecting professionalism from these gentlemen is expecting too much. Repairs are carried out without an invoice and therefore without any warranty. Proven warranty or guarantee claims on devices purchased there are ignored, and the most outlandish tales about a deceased cousin who supposedly did the repair are spun. The claim that these gentlemen only understand Bulgarian is particularly amusing. They only understand what they want to understand, which is "cash" and no invoice. If you're lucky and the purchased item works, fine. Otherwise, it's a complete scam, a tale from One Thousand and One Nights.

This is what perfect service should be like. Called at 9 a.m., arrived at my place at 10 a.m. And within one hour, my broken dishwasher was repaired. These excellent technicians even brought the correct pump motor with them. The repair price was also absolutely fair and perfectly reasonable. I can highly recommend this company. I bought a washing machine there two years ago. Ibo's a nice guy. He even sells you the biggest junk as new. Oh well, serves him right. The good thing about the store is that they deliver the washing machine to your apartment with a cool lift (I live on the second floor) and install it. Otherwise, take a look at my photos. I first ran the washing machine through at 90 degrees. After a few washes later (of course, without any laundry in the machine), the washing machine was finally ready to use. Apart from worn-out shock absorbers, the washing machine is doing pretty well. Be careful when buying from Ibo. Sometimes the merchandise isn't right, and he sells junk.

I wasn't born to throw money away. - I bought a stove here. Looked great. Barely used and even still had the labels on it. Delivered, took the old one with me, and plugged it in. - I was so satisfied that I bought the refrigerator here as well. Delivery was just as reliable, and I took the old one with me. And while I was at it, I also got rid of my ancient, dirty washing machine. I found a super modern Samsung, even in anthracite. I replaced practically everything for very little money. By the way, they don't charge extra for floors or for disposal like they do in stores. All without annoying waiting times. Thank you very much. I recommend them.
