Planeco Building GmbH

I had a great experience working with Planeco for my project. I wanted to open a business that required a change of use from a residential space to a commercial space, and Planeco handled the entire process professionally. They provided clear and transparent information at every step, which made things much easier to understand. The support in English was also a great help for me and made communication very smooth. Although the building permission process took longer than expected, the person managing my project was extremely supportive and maintained excellent communication throughout. Overall, I found Planeco to be a reliable and trustworthy service provider, and I would definitely recommend them to others.

I’m not from Germany, so I was quite overwhelmed by the process at first; however, Planeco Building made it super easy for me. Really appreciate the team for making this process so seamless!

The Company did know what to do next. I especially want to highlight the architect, she was amazing, engaged and super helpful in the whole process! Would definitely recommend this company, if you have a change of use for your location! It‘s just too much paperwork and they are really good with this process.

I only have good things to say about their work and communication! Especially as a foreigner, I was a bit unsure about the rules and regulations regarding home renovations, but Planeco made everything completely clear and simple to understand. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to make their home more energy efficient!

A good friend of mine recommended their service so I gave them a call. After a pleasant conversation a first appointment was set fairly quickly. As I didn’t know Planeco, I was sceptical at first but thanks to their clear communication I decided to give them a go. During the consultation on my vacation house, they were able to give clear recommendations and actions to take. Besides that, Mr. Dietrich from Planeco is well acquainted with all relevant regulations and was happy to explain this to me as I’m from Belgium. A big recommendation from a happy Belgian customer
