A good start, a bad end. I was a customer of von Poll Finance Hamburg for many years and had close contact with Mr. Taege, a long-time broker, with whom I was one of the first clients. The collaboration (real estate financing and insurance) was consistently reliable and professional for a long time – until the last real estate financing transaction. Mr. Taege assured me that all documents had been submitted to the bank in full and that he had even complained about the long processing time. Since I know the responsible bank advisor personally (I had already financed another property through this bank), I contacted him myself. It turned out that Mr. Taege had never submitted a financing request. This false statement disappointed me greatly. After years of good cooperation, I hadn't expected such behavior. Mistakes can happen – but dishonesty towards long-standing customers is unacceptable. Very unfortunate and overall a huge disappointment.
Mr. Schmedding's meticulous and courteous manner significantly improved my financing. Thanks to him, I'm now saving several thousand euros, as he found a financing partner I would never have considered otherwise. Thanks again, and until next time I need financing!
