Two and a half years ago, I hired Isotec to insulate the pump room of my swimming pool. After three different project managers and €22,500 simply vanished, I'm still in the same place. The worst customer service in the world and no technical solution. Currently, they're citing their terms and conditions and refusing to resolve the issue. A company utterly unacceptable. Warning!!!
A very friendly, competent, and above all, very helpful company. When problems arose in the middle section, they reacted immediately. The work was carried out very cleanly, quickly, and most importantly, thoroughly. After 1.5 weeks, the extensive mold infestation in the kitchen was gone.
