After suspecting a problem with my washing machine, I spontaneously stopped by to get some advice on purchasing one. My initial contact with Mr. Bliesener was excellent. Despite the late hour, I received comprehensive advice without any pressure. That evening, I checked my washing machine again and found a foreign object in the pump. After that, the machine worked again. Since it's 10 years old, I now know where to buy a new one if it breaks down again. Thank you for the positive experience.

I sent an email but unfortunately I never got any reply. I decided to go to the store instead, I really appreciate the fact someone could speak english and attenteded me, but they couldn´t offer me the service I was looking for. I basically wasted my time going there, but what really dissapointed me is the fact the person who attended me didn´t try to help me or anything. I wished this person could have contact the company supplier and ask how can I get some electricity sockets I am looking for. Instead, nothing, just a cold look and bye bye. Maybe it is a cultural difference, but I think any company that face clients should have a bit more heart to help out a customer.
