Mr. Becker was present for the initial site visit; we found him to be competent and friendly, and the price for the comprehensive project seemed reasonable. Mr. Becker has a distinctly Hanseatic, straightforward manner, with a touch of "a man's word is his bond." The employee who worked his way through our tangled mess of cables was friendly, punctual, and did a clean job.
