We can highly recommend this company – everything was handled very professionally from start to finish. We were looking for flooring for our house and the attached apartment. One floor already had herringbone parquet flooring, which we wanted to keep but refinish and change (lighten) the color. We stumbled upon the (by the way, very beautiful and well-stocked) Carl Jensen GmbH showroom quite by chance, where a staff member gave us excellent advice regarding the new flooring options, and we found exactly what we were looking for. The corresponding quotes were prepared promptly and transparently. Regarding the somewhat complicated task of lightening the existing flooring, one of the owners even came by personally. The result is truly fantastic. The installation itself was also carried out superbly, communication with our construction manager was completely seamless, and the schedule was adhered to. The invoicing was handled professionally and quickly. The price-performance ratio was more than reasonable. We are delighted with the beautiful result every day and would commission Carl Jensen GmbH again at any time.
