One of the worst gyms I’ve visited in Hamburg. Very old fashioned equipment where you need to put on the weight and remove it in each machine separate for everything. Waste of time to train there. I needed 3 times the time that I ever needed to do my strength training normally cause of it and also cause a lot of machines are very complicated to know how to use them so I had to ask an employee to show me everytime.
Super nice staff and amazing location! They’re super laid-back and definitely chill when it comes to having a trial training. The audience is rather professional, many weightlifters, some bodybuilders and fitness freaks. Staff is also very professional and has definitely extended knowledge and great approaches. Equipment is on the highest level and overall ambiente is all that you’re looking for when it comes to a gym in 2022 💪🏻🌆🏋️♂️! 5 stars all the way. ⭐️
Really friendly people at the desk. Other gym goers were also considerate and friendly even though I didn't speak German. Plus, three power racks if you're a big lifter. Will definitely be back next time I'm in Hamburg.
