Great gym in a very convenient location, just a short walk from the main train station. The facilities are modern and stylish, with a wide variety of equipment and an excellent selection of fitness classes. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help, creating a great atmosphere for training. I really enjoy working out here and would highly recommend it!

Antonio was incredible today—so lively and full of energy! His body styling class was amazing. I truly love his energy and the way he motivates everyone. Such a great instructor! Today was my first time trying fitness styling, and I loved it. I’d absolutely love to come back and join Antonio’s class every time he teaches a body styling course. 🥳🥳❤️
I’ve been this gym around 3years. This gym made me changed and my whole progress. Especially trainer ayoub and niki, both trainers are really kind and professional. I hope everyone to experience amazing moments in this FF.
Such a great gym, great music, clean, very well equipped with pretty much everything you needed. I got a weekly pass for €49, and I’m delight to come here everyday for a week in Hamburg. The 24 years old trainer Roman (although he told me his way older) was a joy, he is handsome and friendly! Very recommended gym in the area.
