An absolutely disastrous experience. Stay away! I booked Mr. Cleaner for a final cleaning before handing over the keys. I was assured that the cleaning could be done without any problems on that day. Then, at the last minute, they suddenly said the team wouldn't be able to come until the afternoon. As if that wasn't bad enough, they then arrived over an hour late without informing me or even apologizing. I had to call them myself while I was under enormous time pressure because of the upcoming key handover. In the end, I even had to postpone the handover. The cleaning was just as disappointing as the organization. For the price, I could have cleaned the apartment much better myself. The work was superficial, and even the kitchen had to be cleaned again on-site after we pointed it out to the staff. The customer service was the icing on the cake. Despite the massive delay, the poor cleaning, and the stress caused, there was neither an apology nor a refund, nor any attempt at compensation. I have rarely experienced such unprofessional service. Anyone who wants to avoid hassle, stress, and a shoddy cleaning should steer clear of this company. I will definitely never use Mr. Cleaner again and strongly advise against it.

I needed a cleaning service after viewing an apartment and found a suitable provider on the platform immediately. The service was professional and the prices were transparent. The appointment was kept on time and the work was done thoroughly.

It all sounded good. We had a preliminary discussion about balcony cleaning. The price was €89 per hour, and even less if it took less time. Then came the appointment, and three people walked through my apartment with their shoes on, without any protection. I have carpeting throughout my apartment. It turned out that two of the men were supposed to clean the balcony. The other was the boss. He said he estimated four hours, I had to sign a form, and then they charged me for four hours of work that only took two. In my opinion, that's unprofessional. They also didn't take away the trash; they just dumped everything in front of my door.

I booked a spring cleaning. Scheduling and communication were friendly and professional. Unfortunately, the cleaning itself was only partially satisfactory. On the positive side, the cleaners were motivated and polite. However, they lacked basic equipment such as a vacuum cleaner, bucket, and appropriate cleaning supplies, which was clearly reflected in the results. Certain areas, like behind the toilet, baseboards, and under kitchen appliances, were not cleaned thoroughly. The floor was partially smeared due to the lack of proper equipment. My complaint was handled politely, and I received a credit for two hours of work. This demonstrates customer focus, even though I would have preferred a higher overall quality of service. Anyone who values ​​perfect cleaning results should clarify in advance exactly what equipment will be provided. The service and the willingness to rectify the situation definitely deserve recognition.
