Kältech installed a split air conditioning system for me. I am very satisfied with the entire process. From the initial quote to placing the order and the subsequent installation, everything went very smoothly. The installers, Mr. Dranha and Mr. Qais, were very friendly and installed the unit professionally.

Kältech installed a multi-split system for me. Communication and the order process on Kältech's side went very smoothly. I'd particularly like to emphasize that the final invoice wasn't significantly higher than the initial quote. Only the electrical work, which wasn't carried out by Kältech but subcontracted, could have been done better.

In October, a Daikin multi-split with two indoor units was installed at our house – everything went perfectly! Mr. Neumann provided excellent on-site advice, Ms. Nielsen handled the commercial aspects smoothly, and the work in and around the house was carried out superbly (and cleanly!) by Mr. Rafik, Dahna, and Qais (installation, core drilling, installing a few roof tiles, etc., Onecta app). Oh, and they also received funding from the KFW (KfW Energy Saving Fund)! We can only highly recommend Kältech!

We have a multi-split air conditioning system with two indoor units and one outdoor unit. We obtained several quotes beforehand. Kältech's quote was one of the best described. The detailed on-site consultation ultimately tipped the scales. The installers were punctual and worked professionally and cleanly. We highly recommend this company.

We wanted to install a multi-split air conditioning system with two indoor and one outdoor unit in the attic, as well as a standard split air conditioner on the ground floor, both capable of cooling and heating. We have a photovoltaic system on the roof, so we planned to use the air conditioning system as a heat pump for heating in the spring and autumn. Our problem, however, was that our neighboring houses are very close together, and we had hardly any space in the attic to run the necessary pipework. We requested quotes from six different air conditioning companies and asked them to come and assess the situation on-site. They were to make suggestions and then provide us with a fixed-price quote. We ultimately chose Kältech. All the other providers, except for one, were either too expensive or too uninterested. To sum it up: Our experience with Kältech has been excellent! All agreed-upon deadlines were met precisely. The initial consultation with Mr. Neumann on-site was very informative, and he made some excellent suggestions for the air conditioning installation. We had the problem that we wanted to equip two rooms in the attic with air conditioning units, and the ductwork needed to run through our attic space and under the roof tiles to avoid having to install pipe conduits in the rooms. Mr. Neumann was the only supplier who didn't foresee any problems with this. Condensate pumps had to be installed, and some roof tiles had to be removed. We also had the issue that the roof tiles were laid in cardboard underlayment, which could be damaged during installation. But Kältech was able to solve this problem as well. The installation itself went perfectly. The work was carried out by Mohamed and Konstantin. They were competent and worked very cleanly. After 2.5 days, the units were installed and immediately ready for use. Furthermore, Kältech was the only company that recommended the KfW funding program to us. Applying to KfW was very easy. The application was submitted online and approved 5 minutes later. There was also a clause in the contract stipulating that the contract would be void if KfW rejected the funding. KfW will now cover 30% of the total costs. We can wholeheartedly recommend Kältech.
