From the first minute of the attentive and well-founded advice from Mr. Graß-Oßowski, through the careful assembly by the employees of the carpentry workshop, to the expert and friendly support with all questions that arose on our part - and of course from the aesthetics and quality of our new kitchen - we are absolutely thrilled and completely satisfied.

I ordered a washing machine here after specifically checking that it was in stock. The stated delivery time was 5 business days, so I ordered and paid for the product immediately. Shortly afterward, however, I received an email informing me that delivery would not be possible for over a month. This is completely unacceptable when they advertise short delivery times. I cannot recommend this retailer.

I wanted to speak to a specific gentleman over the phone. The woman on the phone said he was in a consultation and would transfer me to another employee. When I declined, she became quite rude and hung up. So much for customer service.

They wanted to make sure the oven and cooktop were compatible. I was then able to place my order with peace of mind. The cooktop is now installed and working perfectly. Delivery was also on time.
