The locksmith was unable to open the door at all, and the job was not completed. Despite this, I was charged for work that was not done, which is absolutely unacceptable. During the unsuccessful attempt, damage was caused to my door, leaving the situation worse than before. When I told him that I would leave a negative review, he then tried to convince me that he was from a different company and asked me to post the review under another company’s name. From my perspective, this behavior represents extremely unprofessional and unethical conduct. Failing to complete the job, charging money anyway, causing damage, and then attempting to mislead a customer about company identity is completely unacceptable. I deeply regret trusting the rating and do not recommend this service under any circumstances.
