She structured the financing very smartly by combining ING, IFB and KfW, and was very precise about how much to take from each loan to get the best possible conditions. Without this strategy, I definitely wouldn’t have achieved these rates. What I especially appreciated was that she also carefully reviewed the purchase contract and proactively suggested important changes to protect my interests, e.g., adjusting the payment deadline to avoid payout risks and flagging clauses that could have caused problems with the bank.
