What helped us most was that he could do this in English, which made a huge difference for us since otherwise we would have had to navigate everything in German. A small example of his professionalism: right before going on vacation he proactively introduced us to another colleague, whom he had already briefed on our case, so that we would still have a contact point in his absence. This kind of attention gave us a lot of confidence. Lasse was patient, clear, and reliable throughout, and made what could have been a very complicated process much easier to understand and manage.
