I founded my company with Dr. Hupka and am very satisfied. Dr. Hupka was competent, professional, and friendly. All my questions were answered thoroughly, and the entire process was smooth and efficient.

The notary's office at Rathausmarkt is extremely well-organized. Dr. Hupka is arguably one of the most competent notaries in the country. Even complex contract drafts are drafted quickly, taking into account the most up-to-date case law. Notarizations are always processed promptly, and in cases of doubt, follow-up with the land registry is carried out without prompting.

Since my partner's review was simply deleted, here it is again: the purchase agreement made with this law firm unfortunately had to be reversed. Regrettably, the firm failed to do so after several months and numerous inquiries. As a result, we will not receive the tax refund. When we followed up, the firm responded very rudely, stating that it wasn't a priority for them (after all, they had already been paid) and that they would get back to us. In general, the woman handling our case was usually very unfriendly and impatient. It's a shame that we now have to hire a lawyer to pursue our claims.

....and they can do it in English, too! Well organised and very competent. What I was dreading would turn into a long, drawn out process was done and dusted within the hour...and all at a very reasonable price.
