Email contact was just as simple, and replies were always prompt, informative, and detailed. - Site visit: with Mr. Kurs, punctual, very friendly and accommodating, everything was thoroughly inspected and discussed, recommendations were made, and Mr. Kurs is an expert in his field. - Quote: arrived quickly and was very detailed, with complete transparency and itemized listings, making it very easy for me as a potential customer to understand. - Follow-up questions about the quote: by phone with Ms. Wolf and Mr. Kurs, super friendly from the start, all questions answered immediately, and their knowledge and experience are evident! - Start date: a start date was quickly agreed upon, they were very flexible and adapted to other renovation work and its start date, the start date was confirmed again, and the timeframe was perfectly adhered to. - Start of work: super punctual, a very nice, young, and dynamic team, Mr. Wolf came personally to brief his team. Everything was flawless! - Additional, unplanned work (which fell under the tiling master's scope): this was discussed with Mr. Wolf by phone, and he assured me that the painting team would take it on despite capacity constraints and new material deliveries, and that I, as the customer, wouldn't be left with an unfinished wall that hadn't been touched by the tiler! The work wasn't actually the responsibility of the painting team; it was supposed to be done by the tiling team. When they didn't show up, the painting team immediately allocated additional resources, delivered extra materials, and completed everything to perfection! I'm very grateful to the team for that! - Even though it wasn't part of their job, this team can also handle drywall, missing walls, tile subfloors, etc., very cleanly, neatly, and quickly with expertise! Even in a very short time and in tight spaces! The result: perfect! A new, smooth, and dry white wall in the bathroom! - Invoice: everything was detailed and completely transparent, all fair and at market value! There's absolutely nothing to complain about from start to finish! - Result: 100% customer satisfaction and I always recommend this painting team. Lange & Hinz was contracted to paint both sides of the facade of my terraced house. We found a new apartment on very short notice and, just before Christmas, needed a painter at short notice to remove the ugly wallpaper and paint the smooth walls according to our wishes. I'm so glad we chose Lange & Hintz because we're absolutely thrilled with the result. The walls were prepared beautifully, and the paint was applied incredibly quickly and neatly in our chosen colors. The painters were always punctual and incredibly friendly. We also discussed beforehand what needed to be done and what we could potentially skip to save money and avoid any disappointment later on (especially with the time-consuming filling and sanding of the walls). So there were no unpleasant surprises when the bill arrived. Now the walls look elegant and beautiful. We never would have achieved this level of quality in such a short time.
