I called today around 1 p.m. about a pest problem and received incredibly friendly and patient advice over the phone. They gave me completely transparent and open pricing information and were very flexible in addressing my concerns. I felt truly taken seriously. In November 2024, the company came to our apartment; the invoice was supposed to be sent to the landlord/property management. In December 2025 (!) we received an invoice. Our objection went unanswered, and in February 2026 we received a payment reminder. We complained again. Instead of a polite apology, we received an unfriendly email threatening us with legal action/debt collection. A truly disgusting outfit. Agreements are not honored. And our silverfish are still there...
I contacted the company by phone and email regarding a pest issue. Even though I didn't use any of their services, the support was fantastic! The employees are extremely friendly, patient, and competent. They took plenty of time with me and gave me comprehensive advice. Nothing was forced on me.
