After some initial difficulties and a somewhat lengthy phone call, the problem was resolved quickly and professionally. Unfortunately, the technicians had to return for a second repair, as a clogged bleed valve had blocked the flow after the radiator was first turned on. After the proper bleeding, the heating system is now working perfectly again and heats up quickly. Many thanks, especially to Fares and Moe, for the friendly on-site visit and the excellent work. Everything is perfect now!

Excellent team, friendly and competent. My toilet flush broke, of course – as always – right on the weekend. I couldn't reach anyone by phone at first, but received a quick call back. The replacement part was ordered promptly and installed on Saturday at no extra charge! Afterwards, the technicians even cleaned up the mess they'd made, and I had a working toilet again. I can recommend this company 100% and would gladly use them again.
