Our Buderus heating system broke down due to a power outage. The repair was carried out very quickly and professionally by Lütge Haustechnik GmbH. Although a spare part was needed for the repair that wasn't available in Hamburg and had to be ordered, the company arranged for express delivery. This allowed the repair to be completed in a very short time. I am very satisfied with the workmanship, the quick response time, and the overall service.

I can only echo the many positive reviews. As the owner of an older house, I've had many negative experiences. Mr. Öztürk was a rare exception. After speaking with other service providers during a weekend emergency, who offered very unusual solutions and exorbitant prices, I thankfully called Lütge Haustechnik. Mr. Öztürk arrived very quickly. He gave me significantly better advice than the other providers, suggested a good solution, and the price was very fair. I subsequently entrusted Lütge Haustechnik with the maintenance of my heating system and am equally impressed compared to the previous provider. I wish more tradespeople would work and communicate at Mr. Öztürk's level!

On Sunday afternoon, I had a large leak in a radiator. My call was answered immediately, and the technician then called me via video call to ensure the problem could be resolved. Two hours later, the technician arrived and carried out the repair carefully and quickly. Very professional and friendly!
