I am a tenant in a building on Neue Meile in Lübeck and am extremely dissatisfied with the way HAMBURG TEAM Property Management GmbH operates. Since reporting the defects on January 14, 2026, I have received no response whatsoever, despite multiple attempts. The official hotline message explicitly states that technical issues should be addressed directly to the technical support department. Unfortunately, no one is reachable there – neither by phone nor by email. The phone system doesn't even allow me to leave a message. It is incomprehensible how a professional property management company can shield its technical department so completely from its tenants. I demand that the reported defects be addressed immediately!
For a year now, there's been no response to emails, calls, or registered letters, and all I want to do is rent a parking space. The tenant hotline is useless, and the holiday replacement isn't responsible. The service is abysmal, a complete disaster. One star is too generous!
No response to emails regarding the payment of the utility bill credit, which was supposed to be paid out over 30 days ago. No phone contact. Simply no response from them. I'll never rent an apartment through them again.
The "Disaster Property Management" lives up to its nickname. Completely unreachable, they don't respond to calls or emails. Questions and concerns are simply ignored. Utility bills are inaccurate, and even after repeated notifications, nothing is corrected – instead, you're simply ignored. A property management company that so consistently neglects its responsibilities is nothing short of a catastrophe. Absolutely not recommended! Anyone wanting to save themselves the hassle, time, and frustration should steer clear.
