The viewing was particularly noteworthy: I've had several viewings before, but Ms. Pelz was exceptionally well-prepared and truly knew everything about the property. From detailed sketches of potential renovations to a demonstration of the sun's path (regarding the terrace, etc.), everything was covered. You can tell that she's passionate about her work. Very pleasant and absolutely professional!
