Engel & Völkers Alster

We successfully sold our 3-room apartment in Hamburg-Eppendorf through E&V. During the short marketing phase, Ms. Sophia Knop was a highly competent contact person, available to us at all times, even during her vacation. From our very first contact with her and a colleague, we were very impressed by her charming and professional manner. The entire process was characterized by an absolutely trustworthy and highly reliable collaboration. Ms. Knop handled all aspects of the transaction with expertise, skill, foresight, dedication, and empathy. She is an outstanding intermediary between buyer and seller. We wholeheartedly recommend her without reservation.

What a fortunate coincidence that Ms. Sophia Knop assisted with the sale of my apartment. Her expertise, dedication, and her focused work, delivered with charm and empathy, left nothing to be desired. With a smiling firmness, she told me the fair market price and, to my surprise, achieved it on the market within just a few days without any deductions. Thank you so much.

We recently purchased an apartment with the support of Ms. Munkhjargalin (Engel + Völkers Alster) – and we can't stress enough how exceptional this collaboration was! From the very beginning, Ms. Munkhjargalin impressed us with her first-class advice and her warm, approachable manner. It's immediately clear that she practices her profession with genuine passion and dedication. She guided us competently, transparently, reliably, and patiently at every stage, always keeping our best interests at heart. Without her tireless commitment, the purchase simply wouldn't have been possible. She removed obstacles and found solutions. Even after the purchase agreement was signed, Ms. Munkhjargalin continued to be there for us. We offer our warmest and unqualified recommendation. Thank you so much, Ms. Munkhjargalin!

They handled a sale and a purchase of our properties in very professional manner. They worked transparently from the first step and know what exactly the client needs and how to handle the need. They made good successes with a sale and a purchase. I will always go back to them when I need dealing with real estate.

Found this real estate agency through a recommendation and glad that we did. They quickly understood what we were looking for. Antonio Geisert was an utter pleasure to work with. He was sensitive to our needs and wants, and made time for us when we needed him. He's got a very thorough knowledge of Hamburg and was always ready to go the extra mile to help make the process of selling a flat. He was timely, efficient, and caring in all his communications. We would use him and Engel & Völkers again without hesitation.
