Hendrik was fantastic to work with during our apartment search. Really impressed with how quickly he got everything sorted - had the rental contract ready and sent out the very next day after we applied, which was amazing. He's also just genuinely helpful - took the time to give us local tips and recommendations that made a real difference. Communication was spot on throughout, always got back to us quickly and kept us in the loop. When we needed some flexibility with timing, he was super accommodating and made it work.
