Absolutely recommendable, I'm still thrilled. I moved out of my 100 sq m apartment. The six men arrived at 8:00 a.m., and by 10:00 a.m. everything was already in the moving truck and on its way to the new apartment. They disassembled two large wardrobes and a bed, and of course, unloaded all sorts of furniture and boxes. By 1:15 p.m., all the furniture was in place in the new apartment, and all the boxes were stacked. I was, and still am, absolutely delighted and satisfied. Everything arrived undamaged, and everyone was motivated, friendly, and in good spirits. I would recommend Town Express to anyone moving with them 👍😊. The price was also perfectly reasonable. After our first move with Town Express, we were completely satisfied, and over the years we've used them for several more moves, always relying on the company again and again. We've never been disappointed. Communication with the office staff was always straightforward and always tailored to our wishes. The on-site teams were consistently hardworking and incredibly fast. During one move, there was a minor scratch on a cabinet rail, which was addressed immediately and promptly repaired to our satisfaction. This speaks volumes about the team, as we clearly witnessed the meticulous care with which every item was packed and handled. We also used their assembly and disassembly service and were amazed at how quickly everything was completed. The quotes were always very accurate, and the price-performance ratio was excellent. But beyond the outstanding service, it was the friendly and fair interpersonal interaction that truly impressed us. Five stars!

We moved with Town Express on June 29th and are more than satisfied! Super fast response to our inquiry, immediate on-site visit, and a prompt quote. A good and realistic price estimate. Fair price. Boxes were delivered quickly. ALL employees were friendly and helpful. Very professional! Despite a driver cancellation on moving day, everything possible was done to ensure our move could go ahead. Even our contact from the office stepped in and helped out. The moving team transported all our belongings to our new apartment with great respect and care. The team was in great spirits and incredibly fast. That's not something you can take for granted. We're so glad we chose Town Express for our move and would recommend them to anyone!

I have only positive things to say. A team of six men transported some of my furniture to my new home and cleared out my old apartment. They worked quickly and efficiently, and were accommodating to my requests. I found the costs for the move and the clearing out to be reasonable. I can wholeheartedly recommend Town Express.

Unser Umzug mit der Hilfe von Town Express war super! Auf unsere Anfrage wurde schnell reagiert, es kam jemand vorbei, um den Aufwand einschätzen zu können. Das Umzugsteam war gut gelaunt und höflich. Alle Möbel wurden zusätzlich eingepackt und vor ggf. Schaden geschützt. Das finde ich nicht selbstverständlich. Auch auf zusätzliche Anfragen am Umzugstag, hat das Team reagiert. Wir können das Team auf jeden Fall wärmstens empfehlen.
