Dachdeckerei Dittmer GmbH

I can wholeheartedly recommend Dittmer Roofing. Our downpipe was leaking, and Dittmer Roofing helped us quickly and competently. The communication was very helpful, solution-oriented, and positive. Thank you so much! This is exactly the kind of tradesman you want to work with.

We had to have our entire roof completely re-covered after damage caused by a marten. We spent quite a while looking for a roofing company that felt right and offered good value for money, and finally decided on Dittmer Roofing. We've had several tradespeople in our house before, so we're fairly experienced in this area. Unfortunately, the start of the work was delayed because of the bad weather in the summer. Initially, we weren't thrilled about the plan to have the roof replaced in November. However, we were pleasantly surprised! The roofers were there every day and adapted their work to the weather, working both indoors and/or outdoors. The work site was regularly cleaned and tidied up. Because of the extensive marten damage, we discussed with Mr. Dittmer the installation of bite-proof and weather-resistant aviary wire under the battens to prevent future damage. I was quite paranoid about potential gaps in the work and checked on it daily, especially in the beginning, but Rene, the foreman, did such a fantastic job that even I felt much more relaxed. All the other work was also carried out cleanly, neatly, and accurately. The contact with the tradespeople and the Dittmer family was always friendly, and they all went to great lengths to meet the completion deadline despite staff shortages due to illness, so that the solar installers could mount the PV system in time to secure the current feed-in tariff. Throughout the entire construction phase, communication was quick and easy, and two instances of damage caused by the scaffolding and a roof tile we accidentally broke were repaired promptly and perfectly. Everything was just perfect!

Dittmer Roofing responded incredibly quickly to our inquiry and immediately provided a transparent and fair quote. Because we had a leak, they gave us the earliest possible appointment, whereas other companies, despite the urgency, couldn't offer until spring. Once they arrived, everything went smoothly. They determined that only minor repairs were needed and were honest about this, resulting in us paying significantly less than the quoted price. All the employees are friendly, approachable, and competent. Highly recommended, and we would gladly use them again.

We wholeheartedly recommend this company. The entire team is so friendly and hardworking. Everything was accomplished without any hint of annoyance, and they even accommodated some special requests. The construction site was set up quickly, they always left it clean, and they were incredibly fast. Within 1.5 months, our not-so-small roof was finished, and it looks fantastic! We are more than satisfied. We would recommend them to anyone without hesitation! Great team, thank you!

The team at Dittmer roofing did an excellent job. We had our entire flat roof renovated and insulated. The colleagues were friendly and completed the project quickly and professionally. We would use them again anytime.
