5 stars for the quick and uncomplicated help with a defect that (as always) occurred shortly after the warranty expired. Not only was my email inquiry answered within 24 hours, but a replacement device was also sent immediately (as a goodwill gesture). To be honest, I hadn't expected that. The replacement arrived two days later! Now that's what I call "very, very good customer service"... Thumbs up and highly recommended!
