My previous company transferred my business to "Matrix" some time ago! The "AJAX" system installed at my home works perfectly. While changing a battery, I damaged the bracket for a "DoorProtect" security device. On February 26, 2026, I spoke with a very friendly employee. I explained my problem and asked for one, or if necessary, several replacement brackets. The employee replied that he needed to speak with the managing director for approval. I understood this. That same day, I received an email stating that the entire system could only be delivered as a complete unit! The price was €120.00! Plus shipping! It's worth noting that the bracket alone costs a maximum of €12.00 and fits in a standard envelope. Conclusion: This company's service is absolutely terrible! A rip-off! 😒😒👎
