Excellent service! Kühne Solartec isn't the cheapest provider, but they're worth every penny! Always reachable, all questions answered quickly, installation and connection of the PV system went smoothly, and all agreements were honored. I didn't have to worry about a thing. I would use them again anytime.

I am very satisfied with the consultation and service provided by Kühne Solartec. My wishes during the planning phase were noted and taken into account. The installation of the PV system was quick; some finishing touches were delayed for reasons beyond Kühne Solartec's control. Communication was always prompt, open, and honest.

My wish to install a balcony solar power system with storage on a tiled roof with roofing felt was rejected by all the solar installers I contacted, on the grounds that the risk of a leaking roof was too high! Through word of mouth, I became aware of Kühne Solartec GmbH. Dennis Kühne was at my house the very next day, the troublesome roofing felt issue wasn't a problem, and we quickly agreed on the installation of a balcony solar power system with storage. The installation was carried out about three weeks later. The tiled roof is still watertight today, thanks to the newly installed roofing felt. I am absolutely satisfied with the selection, installation, and price of the system. Mr. Kühne is always ready to provide information and assistance and is absolutely punctual! Very personable! First, I compared five quotes, narrowing it down to three. (Two were submitted without an on-site visit, so they weren't even shortlisted.) In the end, I chose Kühne for five reasons: 1. A technician, not a salesperson, came to the on-site appointment. 2. The technical clarification of details during the appointment, as well as the subsequent implementation, was excellent (how and where the new meter cabinet should be installed / where the cables should run / what the best location for the wallbox is, how to arrange the panels on the roof optimally and aesthetically, etc.). 3. It's a master craftsman's business, meaning they can handle and take full responsibility for all their electrical work from start to finish. 4. Unlike several other companies, I'm confident that Kühne Solartec will answer the phone and come by promptly even after installation if something isn't working properly. ``` 5. It was the only company that itemized the costs in their quote, making it easier to assess the overall cost and track any changes. I should mention that Kühne wasn't the cheapest option (of course), but in my opinion, they offer excellent value for money. When I let someone work on my roof and my electrical system, I don't want the cheapest provider; I want the work done carefully and with technical expertise. If you're looking for someone like that, I can wholeheartedly recommend Kühne. Despite delays due to rain, the PV system, including storage, a new meter cabinet, and a wallbox, was completely installed within a few weeks, and they also handled all the paperwork for the necessary permits. The meter has now been replaced by Stromnetz Hamburg, and the system is producing electricity and feeding it into the grid. Many thanks again to Dennis Kühne and his team.
