Their pricing was very transparent, the quote arrived promptly, and from order placement to installation and commissioning, it took less than three weeks – elsewhere, you often have to wait almost two months. Even after placing the order, I continued to receive excellent information and was able to ask further questions. Even a last-minute change was implemented without any problems. There's really nothing I can complain about! Absolutely fantastic!

I obtained several quotes. The consultation from Nordic Solar was by far the most thorough of all. Absolutely professional. Thanks to excellent planning and communication, the installation went perfectly smoothly and exactly as agreed. Again, they were very careful and attentive. "If we can get the modules upright on the roof, it'll look much better. I'll give it a try, OK?" At the same time, the electrician in the basement worked just as carefully and cleanly. The installation is truly impressive. Commissioning was, as expected, no problem at all. Perfect job, thank you so much!

In my case, Nordic Solar took over a complex, partially completed PV project from another company – only the module installation had been finished. That a company would continue a project from another company in such a helpful and uncomplicated manner is anything but a given. Many thanks again for that! If there is even a minor point for improvement, it concerns details of the installation of my Fenecon system, such as the cable routing between the inverter and the battery tower. However, after I provided feedback, this was addressed immediately and neatly rectified – the result is now perfect. This is exactly what professional service should look like. Nine years ago, I purchased a 7.49 kWp photovoltaic system and storage unit from Nordicsolar. Since May 2025, I have been in contact with Nordicsolar regarding warranty claims, as half of the system is no longer functioning. Despite multiple inquiries by email and telephone, I have received no support whatsoever. On the phone, my concerns are met with derision rather than seriousness, and no solution has been offered. For an investment of this magnitude, I expect reliable service and competent assistance. After a few years, both seem to be lacking at Nordicsolar. This is extremely disappointing and I absolutely do not recommend them.
