Mr. Gourdalo calculated the structural analysis for us for an opening in a load-bearing wall. The analysis was completed very quickly and also included information for the contractor. Furthermore, Mr. Gourdalo answered follow-up questions very thoroughly and promptly.

Several wall openings were created, an extension was built, and naturally, the house required the expertise of a structural engineer. Mr. Gourdalo calculated the structural analysis for a large opening in a load-bearing interior wall. Communication was excellent, very straightforward, friendly, and quick. Mr. Gourdalo also seamlessly integrated our special requests into his calculations. The price was very reasonable and communicated transparently. The calculations were available within a few days, significantly earlier than expected. Unfortunately, due to other construction issues (the garage roof has sagged), we haven't yet been able to carry out the opening. However, I submitted Mr. Gourdalo's calculations to our construction company for a cost estimate, and they were able to easily understand them, so no further questions were necessary. I would hire Mr. Gourdalo again without hesitation.
