I chose Mr. Kuzikov based, among other things, on the many positive reviews, and I can only confirm them after completing my project! My initial impression after the first contact and a very detailed conversation was extremely positive. As promised, Mr. Kuzikov immediately started on my (urgent) project (breaking through a load-bearing wall with extremely high stress), kept me informed of the progress daily, and was always available to answer my questions. The expert report was prepared promptly, and Mr. Kuzikov always (!) took the time to answer my questions and explain everything in detail to me, a layperson. He had already contacted the specialist company he recommended, so they were already familiar with the project when I called – fantastic! The exemplary communication and project management were definitely a crucial factor in the success of my construction project. I can therefore wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Kuzikov and would hire him again without hesitation.
