I'm really happy with the service I received a few days ago. My washing machine broke down and I was able to get the issue diagnosed and fixed the same day. The technician explained the issue and was very clear about the price from our first contact on the phone, even though my German was very limited. I would highly recommend DE Kundendienst for their reliable service and their professional service.

Called in morning to get our 4 year old dishwasher fixed. They send someone super nice over few hours later and fixed the problem within 15 minutes. Wish all interactions would be like this. Thanks so much.

I was very pleased with the service I received this morning. Within 3 hours of calling for a leaking washing machine, the problem was diagnosed, parts replaced, and functioning again. Both the person who answered the phone and who came to the house were very kind to me. My German is only at A2 and definitely not perfect. I appreciated this service both for the work that was done but also the kindness of the interaction.

Very happy with Ahmet’s service. He came on time for the appointment and fixed everything up very quickly and efficiently. He explained the problem and how it was fixed which was also helpful. I would definitely recommend for reliable service of homegoods here in Munich.

De Kundendienst were awesome. I called them this morning and they came out the same day and were able to fix the problem with my washing machine/ dryer. Ahmet was very friendly and understanding with my limited German. We worked through the language barrier and solved the problem. The machine seems to be working well now- though I have one more thing to do per Ahmet's instructions before I can get back to using it as normal.
