Very professional, highly recommended (he explained me everything in English since I don’t speak German).

We had a bad experience with Schramm. They clearly just wanted our money and did not care about fixing anything. After we explained that our water heater was leaking, they recommended a new one (without ever looking at it). €2400 later, the same problem was happening. They then sent two young people that had no idea what they were doing, and who told me that an electrician was needed. I then spoke with someone on the phone who explained that these two were mistaken and didnt understand the problem. But they still charged me for an hour of their time when they were there for 5 minutes. This person then called my wife to explain, instead of speaking with me. We will never use them again, and would recommend the same to you. They are not trustworthy. I forgot to mention, they also had to wait a couple hours when installing the unit due to a miscommunication with their team, and told my wife that they would mention this to refund the hours. That was the theme with them: they write-up a report and leave out this information, saying that they will verbally tell their boss, then they deny everything. a really pathetic way to run a business. The public response from Schramm below is much kinder than the private response I received from their lawyers, which insisted that I take the review down. Mr. Schramm, if you want to regain my trust, you can start by refunding the 3 labor hrs in question.
