A truly beautiful shop. And to top it off, Mr. Schirmer provided perfect advice. As a lover of gray, it was so difficult for me to choose the right shade – there was so much choice! After Mr. Schirmer had already advised us on the kitchen, he was able to recommend the perfect, matching shades of gray and white for the bedroom and hallway. Now that the walls are finished, we're thrilled! We'll be back soon for more rooms. Thank you so much, Mr. Schirmer!

I didn’t experience the bad service than many have mentioned. We came here twice and both times with different workers we had an amazing experience! They were very knowledgeable and helpful!

In a sea of unhelpful customer service across Munich, there is this store that is friendly, helpful and kind. I came looking for Lack, a product they didn't have, and the owner / manager still helped me by researching online a few places for me to go instead. The fact thay he took time to help me makes me want to shop here next time when I do need paint as I know it will be a positive experience! And English speaking!

Super bad service. Asked several question (ie. about finishes) and the guy seemed super bored, gave single word answers, didn’t explain anything and always referred to the color chart in front of me - and I’m not even taking about real consulting like room advice or color concepts . He tried to sell me tester pots instead and couldn’t even wait for my 3 choices and pushed me to decide faster. Even caught him giving wrong information about undertones. Really and experience.

I have to improve my review as the service provided after a visit was superb. Very good styling advice and a reasonable recommended volume of color needed per square meter. Avoid clarifying questions by phone call and invest the time visiting the showroom. Just another hint: check the smell. It takes time, till it dissapears from the wall.
