In my opinion, the color quality and palette are unsurpassed. I've worked as an interior designer for many years with a wide variety of manufacturers, and this is my favorite brand. In all these years, I've never once been treated rudely or arrogantly in the Munich store, as described by other reviewers here—quite the opposite. The service is very friendly, comprehensive, and pleasant, and I've always left the store with a smile. (Perhaps it's a case of #whatyougiveintheforest ;) )
We received excellent color consultations from Ms. Pauli, two sessions lasting over an hour each. We would never have come up with the color scheme ideas for our house on our own. Her structured approach to creating a color palette, starting with the colors that don't change and then gradually adding the other colors, was incredibly helpful. We implemented her idea of painting small canvases with the sample colors and trying them out in different lighting conditions. The colors are simply fantastic. We highly recommend the Little Greene showroom.
We enjoyed a wonderful consultation a few weeks ago. We left with a stack of samples. Today we placed our order. And again, excellent advice, this time regarding the colors. Ms. Kappel was very friendly and her guidance has certainly helped to ensure that our living room will soon be shining with a new brilliance. Thank you very much!
My experience from three visits: The store manager was unfriendly and incompetent. Despite multiple attempts to get my baby's room paint there and a lot of energy and money, I decided to go with Farrow & Ball again for the excellent advice and loving support. They recommended Little Green because of its supposedly better color values/resistance, but my emotional stress is significantly higher after each visit. Today, the highlight: the ordered paint couldn't be prepared due to a broken machine! Thankfully, the visit to Farrow & Ball made up for it and gave me back my hope of loving, dedicated support from the store employees 😉
The best paint in the world. Very economical. Doesn't drip. Doesn't smell. Beautiful color palette. Excellent advice on style and technical matters. Only the parking situation isn't great, unless you like transporting your belongings by subway?!
