Even though Mr. Boffa couldn't come in person that day, he advised me over the phone instead, and the problem was quickly identified and resolved, even remotely. Very professional, friendly, and straightforward. I was thrilled and would contact him again anytime. Highly recommended!
My toilet started leaking on Saturday. I stumbled across the Elbonico company by chance online. Even though it was the weekend, Mr. Boffa responded to my call and offered me an appointment for Monday on Sunday evening. Mr. Boffa arrived exactly on time, had all the spare parts with him, and fixed the problem. The price was also within the range of his previously given estimate. I am completely satisfied with his work and his very friendly and calm demeanor!
